“The Road to Participation” – AfterCare SBH Documentary

OrkMed partnered with ReachAnother Foundation to spotlight pediatric aftercare for children with spina bifida and hydrocephalus. We produced a feature documentary titled “The Road to Participation,” combining heartfelt patient stories with expert interviews. From script development through post-production, our team ensured medical accuracy and cultural sensitivity. The result: an emotional, story-driven film that elevated the visibility of aftercare programs and secured broader support for the initiative. Local and international stakeholders praised the project’s impact in raising awareness and encouraging community involvement.

Zewditu Pediatric Neurosurgery Renovation

Clients: ReachAnother Foundation & Zewditu Hospital | Scope: Multi-day video shoot, interviews, before/after documentation, training highlights.

In this flagship project, OrkMed documented the creation of Ethiopia’s first dedicated pediatric neurosurgery unit at Zewditu Hospital. We captured the entire journey—interviewing medical staff, filming the renovated ward, and highlighting surgical training sessions. Our compelling visuals and narratives showcased the transformation, helping launch the new neurosurgery unit and attract donor support. The promotional video and photo series conveyed the hope and improved care made possible by this facility, reinforcing OrkMed’s role in championing life-saving healthcare developments.

Scope: Full-spectrum digital marketing including communications strategy, content architecture, social media calendar planning, post and video development, channel management, and analytics review

Scope: Interior design and renovation planning, space reconfiguration, 3D modeling, executive layout design, material reuse strategy, and brand integration
Outcome: We transformed the CORTEX HQ into a dynamic, industrial-inspired workspace that aligns with the company’s identity and operational structure. The layout strategically separates executive offices from marketing and finance zones while maintaining a unified design language. Our work emphasized craftsmanship, sustainability, and brand reinforcement—featuring reclaimed materials, bespoke furnishings, and optimized lighting. The result is a high-functioning environment that boosts productivity, enhances brand storytelling, and sets a benchmark for corporate spatial design in Ethiopia.
